Easy and Fast Granola Bars! Lots of Variations!

Ingredients
1 Cup Smooth Seed/Nut Butter
1/2 C Honey
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Heaping 1/2 tsp sea salt
2 1/2 C Oats (rolled or quick)
Optional add ins:
1/3 C Shredded, Unsweetened Coconut
1/3 C Chopped Cashews
1/3 C Mini Chocolate Chips
Preparation
Step 1:
Mix together the nut or seed butter, the honey, vanilla, and salt until well mixed and smooth.
Step 2:
Mix in the oats and whatever add ins you desire.
Step 3:
Line muffin tin baking sheet with liners or with plastic wrap squares pushed into the pan. Spoon even amounts of the granola bar mix into each of the 12 muffin holders. Use a new layer of plastic wrap to press down on the granola bars until firmly pushed into the muffin cups.
Step 4:
Refrigderate until desired. I prefer mine served cool and store them in the fridge. Saves for about a week.
