This Baked Oatmeal recipe by Cooking Classy looks like a delicious way to hype up breakfast! I will have to replace the milk, eggs, and sugar in it.

I love how many variations this Healthy Chocolate Cake recipe has from Food Doodles! I have a church BBQ coming up that will be perfect to try this for!

One candy I really miss that I can't have anymore are Snickers. Luckily, I found this Healthy Homemade Snickers recipe from Food with Feeling! And it is already safe for me, so no substitutions necessary!

I made this Oatmeal Cake recipe before my diagnosis, and I really miss it! I am going to attempt to redo it so that my body can handle it!

I discovered this recipe when I first started my journey with Hashimoto's. The day I got my diagnosis, I decided to do an elimination diet. It took a few months, but I am so glad I discovered this recipe early on! It saved me many times when I had no desire or energy to cook, and it makes a ton at a time too! I used shredded coconut as my dried fruit for this recipe and just kept it as simple as I could.

I hope you enjoy!
