From Pork Schnitzel to Crispy Chicken!

My sister found this recipe for a traditional German recipe, and my mom and I modified it to be easier on our sensitive stomachs! Pork can often make me sick and cause a flare up, so we switched that out for chicken. Egg is commonly used to batter fried foods. We replaced this with coconut milk, and it gives the chicken a lovely nutty flavor!
